西陣織コラージュアート

Rooted in a Nishijin weaving workshop once run by my grandfather in Kyoto,

I create works using fragments of kimono fabric that would otherwise be discarded,

merging traditional materials with contemporary expression.

Each piece is one of a kind, illuminated by gold threads, carrying tradition forward.

祖父が営んでいた京都・西陣織の機織り屋を原点に、

本来廃棄されるはずだった着物の端切れを用い、伝統素材と現代的な表現を融合しています。

ひとつひとつの作品は、金糸の輝きをまとい、伝統を未来へとつなぐ一点ものです。

Exhibited internationally in New York, Dubai, France, and Tokyo.

Exhibited at Perseus Gallery in New York, participated in Salon d'Automne.

In collaboration with Empório Aragão,

apparel based on my artworks was presented at the Cannes Film Festival red carpet.

ニューヨーク、ドバイ、フランス、東京など国内外で発表。

NYペルセウスギャラリーでの展示、サロンドートンヌ出展。

Empório Aragãoとのコラボレーションにより、作品をもとにしたアパレルがカンヌ国際映画祭レッドカーペットにて着用。
